Important Information:
- 24 hours notice is required for groups of 20 or less.
- 48 hours notice is required for groups of 21-99.
- 72 hours notice is required for groups of 100 or more.
- Rush Orders can be accommodated for an additional charge.
- All orders of $1000 or more require a 50% deposit to reserve a date on the catering calendar.
- Special events may require a longer notice to accommodate specific needs.
- 24 Hour cancellation notice required for all orders of $999 or less.
- 48 Hour cancellation notice required for all orders of $1000 or more.
Service Packages
Drop off Service
All Seasons Café and Catering will drop off you order directly to your meeting room, office or home and will also include disposable plates, disposable tablecloths, serving utensils, cups, utensils, napkins and all appropriate condiments. A ten percent service charge will be applied.
Up Scale Service Package
For a more sophisticated approach, All Seasons Café and Catering offers it’s Up Scale Service Package. All Seasons will deliver your order directly to your meeting room, office, home or other area presented on a disposable tablecloth, decorative platters, serving bowls and elegant chafers. This package includes delivery, set up, pick up, clean up and all of the necessary service equipment. Disposable plates, utensils, napkins, cups and appropriate condiments are also included. A twenty percent service charge will be applied.
Premium Service Package
For your most elegant parties and events try our Premium Service Package. All Seasons will deliver your order to your meeting room, office home or event area presented on decorative platters, bowls and chafers. All necessary service equipment is also included. In addition, white linen, as well as elegant table decorations will be included. The Premium Service Package also provides you with professional service attendants for your event from set up to clean up. Service attendants are required to be at the event site a minimum of one half hour before the beginning of the event to a minimum of one half hour after the event. A twenty percent service fee will be applied. A twenty-dollar an hour attendant fee will be charged for all service attendants. A fifty dollar an hour service fee will be charge for all Chefs and service managers. The Premium Service Package also includes high quality disposable napkins, cups, plates and utensils.
China, Silverware, tables, chairs, glassware and other party rentals are also available at a quoted price.
Custom Menus and Pricing
All items are priced as a single adult serving. Events with multiple stations, appetizers, salads, pastas and and/or entrees will receive specialized pricing.
Bar Service
Complete wine, beer and full bar service is available upon request.
Methods of Payment
All Seasons Café and Catering accepts cash, checks, debit cards, Visa, American Express and MasterCard. Payment is due in full upon delivery unless specific prior arrangements have been made. A deposit may be required to reserve a date on our catering calendar. A $50 service fee will be applied to all returned checks.
Minimum Requirements
Ten person minimum is required for all orders unless otherwise noted.
